WLS Support Group Portsmouth Naval...

Hello to all and God Bless! I pray that everyone is doing well! Is anyone planning on atteding tomorrow night's WLS support group at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center? If so, I would love to meet some of you personally. Also, this will be my first support group meeting. I am hoping that there is someone out there who can shed some light on how the WLS support group has benefited them and what I can expect to walk away with by attending this support group. Thursdays are busy for me with my kids so I have not been to PNMC WLS support group but Joy has been. I believe her sn is joyjoy757. Or you can go to my profile and check out my friends. I get alot of support from the wonderful people here on the Virginia boards. Keep checking for posts about our local Hampton Roads group. We met last Saturnday and had a great time. There were pre-ops like me, Robin-who was one week post op, to Jill at 18 months post op. I learned so many tips and could see results first hand. Jen
