OHHHHH Mo, How I can sympathize with you. Gurl, let me tell you....this lady has been battleing this for over a year....stool softeners, benefiber, prunes, cashews, exlax, etc. A couple months ago, I posted on here about my problem and I am not sure who suggested this but my bestest friend Jill bought me some for my birthday...(not a joke) it is from the Vitamin Shoppe..and you can probably get it in any vitamin or health shop...it is called Cascara Sagrada and it is made from a root..you take it for only 7 consecutive days (unless the damn breaks sooner and mine didn't). RELEIF...AWWW the poopie fairy came to visit me. Now when I get that way, I can take it for a day or two and the poopie fairy visits again. Wheew...long winded, huh???? Honey, I have stopped up toilets with my concrete torpedos!!!! It is a joke in my house....instead of Ghost Busters, I have to call Poop Busters!!!!! I literally have to take a stick and break up the concrete submarines before flushing....not kidding. Just ask Jill (Dennis)....(Be nice Jill!) This stuff worked and I had tried everything. Hey Betsy and Moe I suggested the cascara sagrada and i'm pleased that it got you moving. I once had fleet stored in cabinets across the state. Moe, give it a try, you can find it at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe or Vitamin World or any health food store.
