You do not want to miss this month's meeting!!!!!! We are really excited and happy to announce that Sally Myers - well-known Nutritionist and personal trainer will be coming to talk about nutrition. So if you have any questions regarding nutrition, getting back on track, vitamins, food values, help on what to eat and not eat, personal health, exercise etc this is where you can get the answers. In fact if you have any questions you definitely need to have an answer to, you can email Jackie or Sue by hitting reply and we will make sure Sally gets the question before the meeting.
Additionally, we will have free samples of protein drinks, protein bars, soups etc - please bring a bag to carry them away - so you can leave with some healthy snacks and a lot of useful information.
These are your meetings so do not hesitate to let us know what you want in them.
This meeting is open to anyone who wants to know more about gastric bypass or considering the surgery and want to talk to people who have had it, to people who are scheduled for gastric bypass surgery and to people who have had the surgery. If you had the surgery some time ago and want to get back on track with encouragement - then this meeting is for you! No negativity - only positive encouragement!
