1 year out today............and updates.

Hello all: One year out today about this time I would be in recovering from have my rebirth day. WOOT! It has been one hell of a year for myself. I am down to my goal 190 lbs...I would love to get skin removal, I would be less...I have lost 231lbs in a year. THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SUPPORTIVE in my journey, and many more to come. I recently had to go get another ENDO done last week, I got a piece of waterchesnut stuck at the top of my pouch, thats what I get for laughing and I swallowed it, it was the size of a nickel. OUCH, I couldn't eat or drink for 3 days, so I went and had it taken care of. Now, Will teases me, but that comes with the territory...We had our 12 yr anni last month...Whew.........that was a close year. We are dooing well, and will always thank you all for your prayers. With hugs, Stephanie 421/235/190...my goal has been reached!

Well done Steph!! You have done well and triumphed despite many setbacks! We have a support group meeting on Wednesday if you and Bill can attend - we have free protein samples and a nutritionist talking - it will be a good meeting! Jackie
