Shooting at Va tech
It's really weird because I was out of town since last Wednesday and as I was driving home from Tennessee along the 81 I was thinking about everyone on this board. I was passing places like Staunton, Gum Springs, Roanoake, Richmond, and other towns that I see listed after people's names when they post. I wished that I had made plans to stop and have dinner with those who live in North/West Virginia that I don't get to see living in Hampton Roads. I also passed Virginia Tech and had no idea what was going on. My first thought was Holy Cow people drive far to watch these home games (talking about the bajillon fans from HR). I am so very sorry to those who are affected by what happened. Actually, I think it affects all of us in one way or another. For me, it really makes me want to jerk my son out of the schools because its no longer safe. It hasn't been for quite some time, but these shootings only make my argument stronger. I won't do it, because I think my son needs the public schooling for building his social skills (he's Autistic). My heart goes out to all the family and friends and residing in Virginia I'd like to thank those out of state people that have taken the time to write here and for sending your thoughts and prayers our way. Very nice,
Amber
