At a stand still
I was 1 year post op on the 10th of this month and I am down 130lbs. I am frustrated because I have not lost anything in like 4 months. It drives me crazy. I still have a good bit of weight to lose and I know the rest isnt going to come off as fast, but 4 months and NOTHING. I dont know what I am doing wrong. Can anyone maybe point me in the right direction to kick start my weight loss again. Thanks, ~Michele~
Michele dont feel bad sweetie Ive got the same thing going on scale goes down 2 pounds then back up I cant get away from 240 for nothing and Ive been tring for 4 months or more to get to 199
not going anywhere. I understand yes I was 410 pounds and Ive lost 170 but ive gpt 50 more id like to rid of. Ive got this belly hang that is causing me issues, w/ my back so I want to be able to get it off. But I dont think I can do anything with still weighing what I do. Hang in there it will start up again for us both I pray. But if someone can help us let us know. Ive did the basic and no help. Good luck...

Hi Michele. 130 lbs congrats on your success so far. Try using a food dairy like on fitday.com or something to see if you are taking in too many calories. If you have gone back to drinking sodas and things like that cut it out and go back to the basics. I do know one lady who stalled like that for a few months and then started losing again. It is still possible to lose it just might take a little more work.

Michele ,
I would love to help you with this . But we must first look at what you are eating , Your protein intake , water and exercise routine . I suspect that some of these may need to be tweeked .
The key to jump starting the weight loss is :
PROTEIN + WATER + EXERCISE = WEIGHTLOSS
With these components your weightloss should take off again .
If you want to send me a private message , I would be glad to take a look at a day in the life of Michele .
Congrats on your loss , you should be very pleased .
Take care ,
Natalie
