18 Months and I DID IT!!!!!!!
Jill, that is soooo awesome. You've done so well for yourself which really transfers to us. Your plan helped me kick my weight loss stunt. I'm at 201 now and I'm sooo excited. I still haven't picked up a goldfish, are you proud or what? I do miss them, but I don't miss the hunger. I'm still sick right now so I'm still not exercising, I took my stress echo and it kicked my butt. Once I find out the results, then I'll be able to exercise again, hopefully. Thanks for all that you do to help us, you really make a big difference to these boards so keep on posting and help us learn how to maintain, once we reach our goals! YAY!

WONDERFUL!!!
I am SO glad that it worked out for you. You will be at Onderland before you know it!
No goldfish???? OMG! That's awesome! Good for you! You don't need no stinkin goldfish

Hopefully soon you will get your results and start incorporating some exercise in. I swear I feel SO much stronger because of it. In fact, when I was at the doc yesterday, they said that I had a resting pulse like an athlete - slow an steady. Me??? An athlete?
Well...you rock, girl! Keep up the great work!

Jill,
Ever since I found this web site and starting reading your posts and profile, you have been such an inspiration to me. I am truly so very happy for you that you have accomplished your goal and are so healthy. I am glad to know you and hope to become better friends with you. You so deserve all of the happiness that you are experiencing - you have worked so hard and come so far! I hope you do decide to speak at a support group meeting. Everyone should have the opportunity to hear your story and realize that if they grab the bull by the horns and work hard, they can be a total success losing 100% of their excess body weight. Please keep us posted on how maintaining goes for you. Thank you for sharing your journey with all of us here so that we can learn how to get the most out of our tools. I hope I get to see you again soon, too!
Hugs,
Robin
