Did You Move Today? Thursday April 19th

Ok Everyone.... The weather is getting nice, some of us are training for upcoming 5Ks, so I thought why not start a daily thread to help inspire, motivate, and keep us accountable to our exercise programs. So, the question of the day is - Did you move today? If so....what did you do? ______________________________________________________________ Tonight, hubby and I ran 2 miles. Poor guy has to go at a slower pace, because I do not run as fast as he does - but I run farther than he does. And...this was our first run together, which was really cool. Then, I came home and did lots of stretching. Jill 265/135/135

Hi Jill I did 24 minutes dance aerobic on exercise tv. It was fun! Today was my Lazy day. Way to go on the run! After PS, I am hoping to be able to start a running regimen. Hugs JudyB

That's GREAT! Ya, running is my new thing. I'm even reconsidering the boob job becasue it might interfer with my running and may just do the lift and tummy tuck. So, when's your plastic surgery? Jill

Well, On Thursday I walked a mile with my 7 year old daughter, did 30 minutes of the fat burner program on my treadmill and did 30 minutes of my kickboxing dvd. It was a good day! So far today I have gone one a 1 mile walk with my dog, and I plan to do my treadmill and dvd later. Thanks for starting this thread, Jill. It's a great idea! also, congrats on the running! I did nothing, boo. I take that back, I grocery shopped with a cart for 30 minutes on my lunch break. Then I went home and sat my butt on the couch and relaxed. This sickness has to go away soon, I must get back to the gym soon or I won't even make my FIT participate minimums. Boooooooo. I'm going to at least ride on the bikes this weekend.
