Did You Move Today? Sunday April 22nd
WOW! Looks like we are going to have another beautiful day - YAHOO!!!!!!
So, what are you/did you do to move today????
I'm planning for a longer run today - 3 .25 miles (5K), and then the Total Body Gym for some strength training and some well deserved yoga stretching. I need to work on my hip flexor muscles - they are gettng tired too early in my runs.
We are home today to pack hubby, so I'll be around the house and should be able to get all of this done without problems.

Yepper ... Going to Move my butt on down to Richmond today. I start my first round of plastics Weds at St.Mary's and have my pre-op testing in the morning . All running and exercising is out of the question until after July or August . My second round starts June 5th . BL/BA , Thighplasty and Buttplasty ... whoo hooo .. But the good thing is once I am healed I start personal training again with a weight trainer .. going to build the almost perfect butt for my new husband ...
Enjoy the weather ... and enjoy the burn... muscle burn that is .. Does it not feel the best ... you know what I am talking about too ... the endorphins from exercising are better than any tropical drink in the world !!!

OMG! I can't believe that your PS is so soon! Good luck! I want details (ok...not too detailed - haha), as I', starting my consults this summer and want to get the best results I can (hence the Personal Trainer). But, can you believe this....I'm up in the air as to whether I want implants or not. I was always gung ho about it, and now, I'm not sure. I kinda like wearing a small shirt and am afaid that new boobs would interfer with my running.
I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. I have these ads from magazines posted around my treadmill. They are from the new Adidas campaign, and my favorite is - The longer I run, the smaller my problems become. How true is that??? I am SO much more creative while running.
Ya know....listening to you last summer with your new found fitness levels is what motivated me. I aspired to be just like that, and now....here I am! THANKS!

Well today I plan on having a lazier day - I have a home gym so I plan to go and walk/run the treadmill on the weightloss program for 30 minutes - bike for 15 mins and ab exercises on the ball for 15 mins. That is it for a Sunday for formalized exercise - then will be outside all day with my son running and playing football so I will get other extra exercise too.
Tomorrow I plan to have 30 mins cardio and one hour with my personal trainer at 5pm so during the week I am stricter about exercise, at the weekend I am a bit more lax.

Running a 5k and then more working out???? I'm impressed!!!! I'd be dead after the first .5 miles of the run - ha!ha! Like you said yesterday - I'll get there
So far I took the dog for a 1 mile walk & cleaned the downstairs of my house. Now I am going to go out and pull some weeds and trim some bushes and if theres' time pressure wash the front of the house. If I have any energy left after that, I am going to do some pushups and ab work on my exercise ball.
