Did You Move Today? Monday April 23rd
Hi Jill,
What beautiful weather for a run yesterday! I did not end up doing my kickboxin dvd after finishing the yardwork - it was far too pretty to go inside for that. So my hubby, kids, and I went on an hour long bike ride down to and around Ocean View after dinner. It was awesome!
I am getting ready to see my first client of the day, but so far today I have taken the dog on her 1 mile walk and done 30 minutes of kickboxing. We are planning to do another bike ride after dinner tonight since we had so much fun last night.

So far today I did a 45 minute aerobics and thigh and upper body workout. This evening I will be walking for about a mile and a half. One of these days I will shoot for 3 miles a day! But I just need to build my stamina up and get this tummy tuck done so I can endure longer lengths! But Hey at least I am out there moving my body!!!

Hey Jill, I plan on going after work and doing my regular workout and am going to try to get some extra cardio in. Still unable to walk much....foot is getting much better but I am being careful with it so as not to damage it again. I can swim and ride the bike though and plan on doing that after work.
