Kidney Stones?

I am 6 months + post op and am having a time with kidney stones. The Urologist says they see a lot of that in gastric bypass patients. I thought I had heard about every possible complication or bad impact, but I never heard about kidney stones. Anybody else out there dealing with this? I think my stone was the type you get when you have a lot of calcium and protein in your diet. Of course, that is all I eat for anymore - protein. I had shock wave treatment last Tuesday and the pain had been greatly reduced.'(

Debra I havent had this problem and I havent heard of it, but I wanted to say I hope you feel better soon. Maybe someone who has had this or heard of it will post you some advice soone so keep us posted. Good luck dear.
