Did You Move Today? Tuesday April 24th

Well, everyone....sound slike another beautiful day on the horizon. So....what are you going to do to move today???? I will be doing the workout my personal trainer gave to me for this week. UGH! It's not too bad, but definately a challenge. It includes elliptical, my Total Body Gym, ab work and some other stuff. All good for the cause . Have a GREAT day everyone! Jill 265/135/135

Hey Jill It doesn't look like I'll be getting much exercise in again today, blah. I'm actually feeling much better, my heart has been cleared (which means its all stress/anxiety), and I got a good night's rest for once. However, I have my first Volleyball game of the season tonight after I get off work so that leaves no time for the gym! I really want to get back. I haven't been in two weeks and I'm not going to make my 36 times in June if I don't get my butt in gear! I'm really excited about my game and I will get a little bit of exercise doing that. I know my blood will be pumping, hehe! Wish us luck! We only got to practice once! Have a good day, all. Amber

That does sound like a challenge, Jill! Good luck! So far I have done the 30 minute fat burner program on my treadmill. I'll walk the dog later. Hopefully I'll get in some kickboxing or swimming some laps in our pool later, but today is going to be a busy day with clients, my 1 month post op visit with my surgeon, errands to run, and lacrosse games. Well I hope to get to the gym today - I have been feeling lousy for a couple of days with a bad throat and headache so exercising is too hard because of my coughing fits. I am hoping tonight I can get some gentle exerces and then do some weights - but I need to wait and see how I feel. The rest of you are doing great!! Jackie

I'll get moving around 11AM today. There is a Cardio Creative Moves class that last about and 1hour and 15min. So I'll get moving with that. Then later this evening as the sun is going down I'll walk Fort Monroe's Sea Wall and Board walk the view and the Breeze off the water there is just wonderful, we don't get this kind of scenic view in Kansas (Home town)

Hey Jill I did a little yoga this morning and some arm work This evening will do some walking at a slow pace. Tuesdays are going to be my days I don't work so hard as I was told I needed a day to rest since I have been going nonstop 7 days a week. REST? Me? NO WAY! lol So , i thought a relaxing walk...that would be restful, right? hugs JudyB

Well I wasn't sure I would do any exercise today but decided i would be glad if I did - so I went to the gym and did 20 mins cardio and 45 minutes of weights - I took it kind of easy but felt better for having done some working out.... Jackie

Hey Jill I moved today and I'm sore. I didn't get a chance to walk the Sea wall but I did walk on the treadmill after the cardio Class. I think that Cardio class was a bit too much for me! I'm going to soak in a hot bath or maybe I need an ice bath for these tired muscles? Thanks I'll be looking for your post tomorrow. You know you make me feel guilty if I don't move, so I try to move everday so that I won't feel any guilt when I see your post. Your post are definitely motivatiing! keep it up You Fitness DIVA!
