My 1 month Post Op Visit

Hi All, I had my one month post op visit today, and it went great. I am officially down to 211 for a total loss of 32 pounds! Woohoo! My incisions are healing nicely and I get to go to regular food and resume all normal activities including weight lifting (not too heavy at first). Yeah! He is very pleased with my progress and says that I am ahead of the game right now. So I am pleased too! I hope everyone is enjoying this glorious day! I am doing ok. I haven't gotten the results of my lab work yet. My PCP wanted to check all the levels. Hopefully I will hear something soon. I will keep you informed. I can't find your card. E mail me with your phone number. Talk to you later. Corinn
