Did You Move Today? Wednesday April 25th
Hey Jill,
Did my usual 1 mile walk with my dog this am. Then I tried out a treadmill routine that I got out of the most recent issue of Fitness Magazine. It wore me out because it was interval training with running at 6MPH for 2 minutes and then speed walking at 4MPH for 2 minutes for about a total of 30 minutes plus a 5 minute warmup and 5 min. cool down. I'm gonna try to swim a few laps later on today after working and carting my kids around after school.

Well, hiked and hunted mushrooms for about 8 miles over the weekend (4 miles each day), Monday walked 3 miles at work, then tennis match. Yesterday--hiked and mushroom hunted about 2 miles after tennis practice.
During the week I can't do anything until after lunch, so my three miles won't be posted until AFTER 3 pm. If it doesn't rain I will do the 2 mile mushroom hunt after tennis.
6 weeks until school is out THEN---LOTS more hiking.

I did 30 minutes aerobics called Start it up! ..lots of squats and some arm work and tummy work and lots of leg work!! can we say Ouch today!!!
Will do a 45 minute walk this evening if it doesn't rain.

P.S. I am down 4 pounds today!!! wooohoo...Water weight I know..but at least my body finally let go of it!!! FINALLY!!!
