I just want to take the time to thank you for posting everyday on "did you move"! It sure helps me keep my exercising going and keeps me on track.. I feel as though it is my motivation right now and I so need it. I am dedicated, but get bored easily, so this is just what I needed. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to do this each day. I really appreciate it!

I second that., Judy. It's nice to know that there is aaccountability and it gives me ideas of what else I can do to get in a little more exercise each day or something different to do. Also, I like knowing that it is okay to take a day off now and then to let the body rebuild. Thanks, Jill!

Why thank you. This thread is helping me stay on track as well. I'm part of a daily exercise check in and it really helps with sharing ideas and staying motivated that I figured, why not here.
It is most DEFINATELY ok to rest. In fact, they say that you should have 2 days of rest a week. Doesn't necessarily mean do nothing (I do that on 1 day during the work week), but really, really take it easy. Usually on a rest day, i will do lots of stretching and something informal like bike riding, or walking the dog. But, for me, those are easy tasks that do not take alot out of me.
I try to avoid having my 2 days back to back - avoids starting a pattern.
But, I'm glad that you enjoy the threads!
