Did You Move Today? Thursday April 26th
Hey girl! I just needed to finally say that I did get some exercise in the last two days. Even in the pouring rain my brother and I went for a 30 minute walk on Tuesday and I had Volleyball Practice for 2 hours last night. I made sure to go overboard in my involvement so I could count that as exercise. Hehe. Today I'll be going to the gym after work! I can't wait.

Hey Jill, Did you find that workout I mentioned yesterday? If not, it is on pages 120-125 in the May '07 issue of "Fitness". It's called "21 Days to Love Your Shape."
Today I did the usual 1 mile walk with the dog, the 38 minutes of cardio in the workout that I mentioned above and added in the 2 circuits that it said to on the 2nd day. The circuits that I did today are for toning Chest, Triceps, Butt, and Core. I am whipped - that was tough! But I made it through it - yeah!
