Ok, it's a bit cool today (thank goodness), so, what are you doing to move today? Me? Today is my day with the personal trainer. 75 minutes of cardio, stretching and toning. Jill 265/135/365

Hey girl! I just needed to finally say that I did get some exercise in the last two days. Even in the pouring rain my brother and I went for a 30 minute walk on Tuesday and I had Volleyball Practice for 2 hours last night. I made sure to go overboard in my involvement so I could count that as exercise. Hehe. Today I'll be going to the gym after work! I can't wait. Have a good day, Amber

Hey Jill, Did you find that workout I mentioned yesterday? If not, it is on pages 120-125 in the May '07 issue of "Fitness". It's called "21 Days to Love Your Shape." Today I did the usual 1 mile walk with the dog, the 38 minutes of cardio in the workout that I mentioned above and added in the 2 circuits that it said to on the 2nd day. The circuits that I did today are for toning Chest, Triceps, Butt, and Core. I am whipped - that was tough! But I made it through it - yeah! Have a great day everyone! ~Robin

Thanks for posting this daily Jill.It's working to motivate me! Instead of just sitting here reading and feeling like crap from allergies, I got up and walked up and down my stairs (12!) for 20 minutes. whew--- Now I am going to have a cup of joe and watch the return of Regis! enjoy your day Jen

Oh, I understand allergies. They suck! You poor thing. I am SO glad that this is helping you. It definately helps me, because if I say that I am going to do something, wwell then....guess I have to do it, huh? Do what you can. It will all fall into place. Keep up the great work! Jill
