HR support meeting tonight

Just passing along information that all may not have received. There is a post-op WLS support meeting tonight from 7-9 pm at the Kempsville Lakes Clubhouse. The first hour will be discussion on successful weight loss tips and the second hour will be an exercise session with the bariatric exercise physiologist. Hope to see some of you there! Sheila
