Good for you! But, I would have thrown a rock at the Oreo truck My workouts? What's to say......they vary, that's for sure. My personal trainer makes sure of that - which is good. Keeps me from getting bored with them. Here is this week's from the trainer (I do her workouts twice a week) Warm up with a 15 min walk/jog on the T/M (I usually go for longer than 15 minutes) - Begin using your total gym: First, you are going to do some seated bicep curls followed by triceps extensions. Both of these you are going to do 4 sets of 12. - Next, loosen up the arm muscles with 60 secs of arm jabs. - Grab some Dumbbells, and I want you to do 30 seconds or shoulder presses. - Get back on the total gym, and you are going to do ROWS for 5 sets of 8 with 20 secs. rest in between each set - From here, get on the Elliptical, and pedal backwards for 10 mins at an intensity where you are feeling challenged, but not struggling to keep going. (KILLER ON THE THIGHS) -After your 10 mins on the Elliptical, you are going to get down on the floor and do some ab and lower back work. First, you are going to do a WEIGHTED V-SIT. With this, you are going to bring your arms and legs up at the same time, but I want you to hold a DB in your hand to make it more challenging. Do 15 of these. after your 15 V-SITS, I want you to do 20 crunched on the SB. -After your abs, I want you to get back on the Total gym and do hamstring pulls. I want 3 sets of 12. After these, get off the total gym, and grab light dumb bells, and do step ups. You can do these on your steps, or stepping up on a chair. Do these for 30 seconds. next, grab your SB and Dumb bells and I want you to "hug a tree", the armflys. Do 5 sets of 8. Next, go back to your step ups and do them for 45 seconds. -Now, you can stretch Then, I have 1 day with her (Thursdays). Last night we ran 2 miles, and did weighted rows, she had me sit on the stability ball and do weighted "W" pulls, boxing on the punching bag (THAT WAS FUN!), side kicks at her (LOVED IT!), planks, v-sits, LOTS of squats, jumping squats, crab walking from room to room, plus, lots of other stuff. I'm with her for 75 minutes a week - plus she sends me weekly workouts to incorporate into my work out program. She's GREAT and the best money I have ever spent! Then 3 days a week I run 2.5 - 3.5 miles (depending on the day). Usually weekends are longer runs, becasue I'm off and can get out and do it. 2 Days a week I do the Total Body Gym, for my weight resistance training. One day is usually a weekend day - again, I have more time. Abs almost every day (and the chiropracter is VERY impressed b my abs - thank you very much!) I take off 1 day a week for rest, but I end up doing something light, like walking or bike riding or just stretching (very important!). However, some weeks end up with 2 days of rest (which means I only do 1 day of the trainer's workout). But, as a result, I am now becoming more compact. Obsessed? Yes..... But, hey....I was obsessed with food at 265 - I'm just transferring my addiction. Anyways....how's the new job????? Jill 265/135/135

Whhhhhhhhewwwwwwww..thanks..you jusy saved me a crap load of money !!! hehehehe The new job is incredible. It is amazing how it just fell into my lap like it did. I doubt I would have ever gone back to the ER. It just doesn't give you a warm cozy feeling when you walk in for your shift and to hear," Hey Dana. Welcome to hell !!!" The entire group of people I work with now are all feel good types of people. I am sure there are little tiffs that happen like everywhere, but it is just a better work environment all together. Very upbeat, clean, and ya don't have to worry about catching some contagious disease that hasn't been diagnoised yet or being shot. I miss the adrenaline rush from the ER at times...but not all the other things. Hopefully I will see you at Amber's little bash. You know me with my husband situation...and I really don't know anyone to watch my kids while I head out for a bit. So we will see !!! I can't wait to see your fit badonkadonk !!! Smoooooooooches

We had a good time at the last one, but missed you! Fit badonkadonk, huh? More like "ga-dunk!" It's getting tough walking my sharpei daily . But....... Love Ya Back..... Jill

Well, I am taking it easy today. I walked the dog this morning and I am going to do some stretches later on, but that's it for today. I am soooo sore from the workout that I did yesterday that I think it's best if I rest up a bit today. Enjoy the warm weather tday everyone! Robin

Good for you! Listen to your body - it will not fail you. Now, the mind...that's a different story Make sure you drink water and get in some mild stretching to get the toxins from out of your muscles. It will help with the soreness. Have a GREAT day! Jill
