I did 15 minutes on the elliptical, then worked on my obliques,abs,did lats, and finally 20 minutes on the treadmill with 5-8 incline.

You bet I did. I am very happy I am able to walk a half mile now so the foot is getting better. Walked that then did 30min on the bike at the gym then did weights. I am just now getting back into working out after the broken foot and I am loving it. I have so much more energy and I just feel better. Anna
