OT: Stretching
Hi everyone..
I got to searching the internet for some shoulder and neck stretching exercises and found the following website. It is a pretty good one, I think.

I do exercise on a daily basis..however, i am not too flexible so i thought the stretching would help me become more flexible and they arent hard to do and don't take but a few minutes a day to do and it feels soooooo good. Especially the back ones...I had to have my hubby help me with taking my legs over my head to stretch my back....and afterwards it felt great...Take that one slow!!
