Did You Move Today? Monday April 30th

WOW! The last day of the month and what a pretty day it is going to be! So, what are you doing to move today??? Me??? Running of course. It's such a pretty day, that I want to run 2.5 miles tonight when I get home from work. Plus, work out on my Total Body Gym. Want to work on my upper back. Enjoy the day! Jill

Hi, I took the dog on a 1-mile walk this morning. I'm going to swim later today and do some pilates type exercises for my upper body, core, and arms. Enjoy the day everyone! ~Robin

30 minutes kick boxing...wow ..me? kickboxing? yeppers!! Felt great afterwards!!! Will take my 2 mile walk this evening. hugs JudyB

Hey - that's GREAT! I LOVE kickboxing. It's a great way to burn off your aggressions (haha). My trainer has me do them with her from time to time, because she knows how much I enjoy them. Great work! Jill

I am going to workout at the gym after work. Will do my .5 mile walk around the track. With the healing foot don't want to try it on uneven ground yet. Then I will ride the bike for 30 min then lift weights. I love working out and the way it makes you feel is so great!!! Anna
