Did You Move Today? Tuesday May 1
Morning Everyone......
Looks like another beautiful day in front of us here at the beach. So....what are YOU doing to move today?
me? Hubby and I are going down to the beach to run on the boardwalk. We are bringing a cooler with dinner in it to enjoy after the run. And tonight's dinner? Fajita Chicken salad w/ a Sala Vinegretta dressing. Very light!
Also - those still wanting to sign up for the challenge - there are still some slots left!

I have gone on my usual morning 1-mile walk with my hubby and dog. I am going to do my kickboxing dvd after I take my children to school.
I'll probably get in the pool later and swim a few laps just to stretch out some and enjoy the nice weather.
Enjoy the warm weather today everyone. I think we're in for a bit of a cool-off in Hampton Roads after today!

YES I DID!!!!!! I signed up at Planet Fitness last month and they opened today. I worked out for an hour. I am feeling so great. Energized. I figure I will do 2 days weights...not too heavy, just to tone. And 2-3 days treadmill, elipticle(sp), etc. How have you been Jill? Can't wait to see everyone this Sat.

Today is my rest day! However, I may walk 1 mile this evening. Just not the regular 2 miles..My body is screaming PLEASE REST ME!..So I am listening.. Good news is I am now able to get in more protein. I am not saying I like the taste...but like it or not..I am doing it!!! Good for my muscle strength..right?
