Hey Robin! Missed ya at the group! Anyway, I went through that a lot and still often do and I do not force myself. Remember, we are supposed to be listening to our bodies...we no longer want to be a member of the "clean plate club". I discussed my up and down appetite with Dr Snyder and he said that was normal and that there was no need to force myself and when I felt that way that it was ok to supplement with the protein. We're trying to retrain our bodies to eat when we are hungry, not solely because we "have to eat at this moment". Don't worry, you'll go up and down with that. Christine

I hadn't thought about it that way - retraining my body to eat when I am hungry. You are sooo right. I guess I'll just shut up and listen to my body and keep doing my protein . Sorry I didn't make it last night. I had planned to, but then hubby had to wor****il about 9pm; so my plans flew out the window. I hope your trip to NYC went well! Are you gonna make it Saturday?
