Did You Move Today? Wednesday May 2

Morning all..... Well, it's gonna be a hot one here at the beach, so make sure you get plenty of water! Since it's going to be so nice, what are you doing to move today? Well, last night, I ended up running 3.5 miles, so tonight will be an easy night on the ellipticle for 30 minutes and then 30 minutes of strength training on the Total Body Gym. I wnted to let everyone know that you are doing a FANTASTIC job! keep it up! Jill 265/135/135

Well on Sunday I added in an extra walk with my sweetie. Monday I made it to the gym as planned. Yesterday nothing other than normal activity because of working both jobs. Today is gym day. I think I might start adding in some morning walks/jogs. My sweetie really wants to start getting some exercise in for himself but he has a hard time getting motivated out of the bed in the a.m. and by the p.m. he is just exhausted because of work. I think I may start getting up to join him for that little extra motivational push and it will be extra for me. Courtney

I've been sicking, AGAIN, I don't know what is going on with my immune system. I'm blaming it all on allergies. I haven't done crap as far as exercise goes, but I do have Volleyball Practice tonight, so I'll get a little bit of exercising in. Depending on how I feel, I may hop over to my gym and see if I can get a little biking in or something. I had to come into work for a few hours today, then Brenden's IEP Mtg is at 1pm, and we'll see how the rest of the day goes. Let's see ..today so far...30 minutes aerobic workout with denise austin this morning. Will take my two mile walk this evening and work on my arms and neck. Full day planned with power cleaning my house and working outside on my patio. Hope everyone has a great day! hugs JudyB

I did 45 min on an eliptical at an average pace of 2.7. Not very fast but I burned 350 cal. It is a start. I love going to the gym. Corinn

I'm going to take it easy today. I slept in this morning - poor dog looked at me with big sad eyes as if asking me, "What happened to my walk, Mom?", when I did finally get out of bed. I'll walk her later and swim a few laps this afternoon. I am really exhausted today and sore. Maybe I am coming down with something (tired, sore, nothing tastes good, etc.)... I hope not! I've been moving, but I have also been pretty bummed out lately. My 7yr old son was in the hospital at Ku Med in Kansas City, Ks. and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. So I haven't felt like moving this past weekend. But I kicked it back into gear on Monday! Tiawna J.
