I don't know Courtney, an emotional roller coaster huh? That is one thing that we didn't cover in my psych eval. It seems like maybe they would have mentioned the emotion associated immediately after WLS. We did talk about depression though. I'm going to have to keep this in mind as my surgery date nears. I think by calling it "depression" that was probably their way of including the emotional factor. It definitely seemed to me to be more sad type emotions than it did happy ones. It is frustrating because you sit there thinking ok I had surgery to improve my health and my life so why do I feel so miserable. But it does pass. Courtney
