Did You Move Today? Thursday May 3
UGH! It's cold outside this morning. What a shock! Oh well. It's a chilly day here at the beach, but that does not mean that we have to hibernate. There is still plenty we can do to move today.
So....what are you doing to move today?
Me? Today is my day to be killed by the personal trainer. 75 minutes of serious workout.

I LOVE the daily posts and it helps to keep me motivated. I can't post often but I read daily.
So far today I have had a four mile run with my dogs and have done 50 sit ups. Next it is off to papmer me...time for a mani-pedi and some shopphing for the races this weekend. Then I will do 30 minutes on the eliptical at some point today.
As for Fri and Sat I will not be doing too much in the way of my regular routine, but I will be walking around the race track all day, both days. How much does that count?
