Tri City WLS Support Group (Hopewell)

We have tried to keep this group together but it doesn't seem to be showing results. Our group has been advertised in both local newspapers as well as various local businesses. I have sent out personal emails to the short list that I have obtained on my own, I had no help with getting email addresses for a lot of folks that used to be regulars when Natalie or Kathy was leading the group. I appreciate the few that came last month and Dyanne for making it tonight. I guess at this point I will say that there is nothing more that I can do. I know that work schedules create a conflict with meetings and I am more than willing to change the time to a later time on Thursdays or if we have to consider changing the day that we meet that can be done as well, but I can't do that unless I get feedback saying that would be a good thing to do. So at this point I would like to ask all the folks that have attended this group to please email me saying (A) You want to keep the group intact as is: 1st Thurs each month @ 6:30 (B) You don't think that you are interested at all (C) You would be interested if the day stays the same each month but time changes. (Please give me a suggested time as well) (D) You would be interested if we change the day of the month we meet (Please give me that suggested day as well) Also if there is anyone out here in this area that is new and is interested please respond as well. I'm 7 months out and would be interested but cannot do Thursdays. I can do Wednesdays and I can do Tuesdays except 4th Tuesdays when I have School Bd meetings. I had been going to St Mary's on Thursdays the first 2 months after surgery but my church calling expanded and Thursdays are longer a choice for me so I am not attending any support other than OH.com. OMG kieth I am so SORRY that I did not make it..I thought tonight was thursday..DUH on me..I even made a comment last night to hubby saying don't be late tommrow I have a meeting..Never once did I realize I had the wrong day.This is what happens when I have no life and pretty much home all the time.I agree with you though,since I have been coming I don't think once we have had more then 3 people .Yes I enjoy the time out of the house and really enjoy having adult conversation.As far as which day,it doesn't matter to me at all.On time I probably couldn't do any earlier because then I would have no one home for the kids,some nights 6:30 pushes it for me.

Joe & Naomi Thanks for replying. I appreciate the input and will keep up with it and whatever else comes in, so far it has been you 2 and I received one response to my personal email for Desiree, she is out on Tue and Thurs all together. I personally have no problem with changing to Tuesdays but that would be the only other day I could switch too, so lets see if anyone else posts on this. I will keep you updated. Keith
