Happy Cinco de Mayo and National Scrapbook Day!!!!!!
It's early, I'm up (UGH!) and planning my day. It'll be an easy day.....I'll be scrapbooking most of the day (YEAH!).
So, that means that I will need to get out early. Today will be a 3.5 mile run.
How about you. What are YOU doing to move today????

I plan on doing a kickboxing workout this morning..and if weather permits..my 2 mile walk this evening. I also plan on doing some strengthening with my weights today. Yesterday i had not planned on doing anything because I was exhausted..however, I did 1 and 1/4 mile brisk walk yesterday evening..woohoo..felt better afterwards!!!

I've spent the morning getting Mother's Day gifts wrapped and boxed up so that they can be mailed today. Every Saturday morning I take a 1 1/2 hour yoga class so that will be part of my "moving" today. Since the weather is supposed to be great this afternoon, my husband and I are taking the bikes down from the garage rafters and going for a nice long ride later.
I love nice weather...it's so much easier to get motivated to get out and move!
On an unrelated note - I finished all of the pre-op testing and interviews this week...so now it's just a matter of finishing up some business trips and showing up on May 22nd for surgery. I cannot believe that it's coming up so quickly...when I started this process in September is hardly seemed a possibility and now it's a reality...Life is good!
