YUCK! Another dreary start of the day. COME ON! IT'S MAY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!
Ok - off of my tangent.
So...what are you doing to move today? Me? Getting killed by the personal trainer - haha. I mean....uummm...75 minutes of pure joy with my personal trainer.

Good morning Everyone!
I'm kind of stuck on the 5-mile walk right now for some reason. I guess because it feels so good to be able to do it! At any rate - I did my 5 mile walk on the treadmill already this am. After my 9am client I am going to do my ab and upper body work.
I hope that the weather clears up - I am really tired of these dreary mornings!

I hear ya on that one! I tired of them, too.
You may want to start chaging up your workout a bit - to confuse your muscles.
One thing my trainer recommended to me was on one workout day, start at the lowest speend I could go and incline 0%, and then, every 2 minutes increase either the speed or the incline until I got to 3.5 - 4.0 speed (you use the speed that you can comfortably use) and 7% incline. You don't want to go too fast, and these changes should occur over a period of 8 minutes.
Then, working at the 3.5 and 7%, walk for 8 minutes. Then, begin to drop it down, gradually.
What you are doing is working your muscles in a different way.

I think I will go for a little run tonight. I have been doing weights and pushups but I know it is time to beef it up. Well...ugggggggh maybe "BEEF" isn't the exact word I am looking for. Don't want anything to do with looking beefy anymore !!!

Taebo....20 minutes...thats it today..im slacking..im depressed..discouraged and not overjoyed about anything ...ugh....I will not stay this way..i just need some down time! Yesterday wiped me out!
