Did You Move Today? Sunday May 13
Hi Everyone....
Sorry this is a bit late. I just got home from camping. What a GREAT time we had!
Many of you are starting the 8-week Women's Challenge today. Make sure that you log in to set up your goals and then log in your workouts to receive credit.
Note that EVERYONE has to meet their goals in order for ALL of us to advance on the virtual route. There will be bonus challenges that can be done in case you miss a workout.
This is a team effort and everyone who signed up has to participate for all of us to move forward.
So - what did you do to move today? Me? Nothing. Today is a well deserved day of rest - even though I ran 3.5 miles yesterday and then laid in a hammock the rest of the day with a good book (which I plan on finishing today).

I have done 15 minutes cardio..wanted to do 30..but our ferret decided to turn over a glass of ice water on our carpet which i had to clean up and my hubby wasn'****ching him..so i stopped..arghhhh..however, i also did 10 minutes arm exercises and have walked 1606 steps so far today..will take my 3 mile walk this evening!

Corinn your not the only one on there twice..I think tiwana was too.
As far as me..well being mothers day I really didn't do a whole lot.I did go look at a few houses and run to the store..but at home..it was clean,cook,and run around with my head chopped off..lol..My enjoyment of mothers day was sitting down at the end of the day having a piece of pie..(YES very safe pie for us..Pm me if you would like my recipe..lol).I made my goal for the day..so that makes me happy..
