It's just a cheap one that I got at Costco or Sam's - don't remember which, but I love it. It's called "10 Minute Solution - Kickbox Bootcamp". It says 10 minute workouts to shape up your whole body: basic training, Ultimate Buns and Thighs, Arm & Shoulder Sculptor, Washboard Abs, Fat Burning Blast. The Instructor is Keli Roberts.
It's probably not the toughest one out by any strretch of the imagination, but it seems perfect for a beginner like me.
