Well Im on my way to the school where Ive been taking classes , studing for my GED, I know I havent told many I was embarrassed to be 42 and still no dipolma but I go next Monday & Tuesday for the test, and I have scored high enough I wont have to pay for the test yeahhhhh!!!! And this past Friday I went to the National College for an interview for a Medical Billing & Coding course not sure though since Im on disability I cant afford those rates. But Ill go back after the GED to see the finacial lady. And no need for any bashing here I worked and payed my dues and Im trying to get back into the work force so who ever upset Judy dont eve go here. I just wanted people to know why I hadnt been around much these last few months. Been at classes. So keep me in your prayers.

You go girl! Its a great accomplishment no matter what your age is. You're doing something to improve the quality of your life and others, nothing more commendable than that! I wish you LOTS of luck! Let us know!!! Amber

I dropped out as a Jr in HS and got my GED a couple of years later. I eventually got my BS and am now on,...by election,...the School Board and get to go to HS Graduation every year and sit on the graduation platform. How ironic is that?? Congratulations on your continuing education and for never giving up. Go get'em!!! Joe

Hey, I just wanted to say CONGRATS!!!! to you. That is a big accomplishment at any age. It is better late then never. Keep up the good work. When you go to see about the financial aid. Ask and see if there are any grants that you can apply for, those are the ones that you don't have to pay back. Also, check with you county or city to see if they have any programs for people that are on disability for education. Good Luck.... Mo
