Did You Move Today? Wednesday May 16

Morning Everyone....... Looks like another great day here at the beach. Enjoy it, as its getting cool again starting tomorrow. So, what are YOU doing to move today? Me? Running 3.75 miles and then ab work. I've got my 1st 5K run coming up in about 2 weeks and want to make sure that I am more than ready for it (I am, but still......). So, have a GREAT day and enoy the waether. I'll be sitting in a classroom (ugh!). Jill 265/135/135

Hmmm let's see what will I do today! Abs, arms, butt, thighs, can we say whole body...at least a 30 minute workout this morning...then off for my 3 mile walk this evening! I have rewarded myself with buying me a radio headset to listen to while i walk.. I was getting bored silently singing to myself..LOL..and talking to the cattle along the route!! LOL Hugs JudyB

Mo - I am SO proud of you. It sounds like you are doing great and really keeping up with your fitness. As we know, fitness is equally important to what we eat, as it helps build the muscle furnaces we need to burn the fat. Plus, we will look better in a more compact body (ok...let's us wear a smaller size). But, I cannot image the challenges you have with having twins, and it sounds like you are adapting pretty well. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! Jill

I walked my happy butt as much as possible, I had a full day of errands. I managed to get 8,000 steps and I only set my goal to 5,000 a day for the first week. 4 miles works for me [on a busy day].
