Well I went for my 6 month check-up and all is going good. I was FINALLY taken off the coumadin.yeahhhhhhh..just have to take one baby asprin a day now. I did ask for something tho on my mood swings..they just seem to be getting worse.Yesterday I spent the entire day pretty much crying.Yes I had some good reasons to cry..(yesterday afternoon my neices elementry school was on lock down due to a woman walking around with a shotgun..)But I was crying well before that..why I had no clue was the mood I was in. She said all my blood work came back fine..wohooo..and here I thought I was low on something because boy I been tired as heck. She told me to take tylonel pm to try to sleep and if it doesn't work she will give me something for that. Umm lets see what else.....OHHHHHHHHHHHH my weight loss...lmao Well I am down 80 pds..(to them it was like 79.9) I have to say I am so thrilled to be under 200 pds (190 current),haven't seen that since I had my son almost 18 yrs ago. Well I think thats about it..Thanks for the support the past 6 months ,and don't worry Im always still in need..lol

That is fabulous Naomi. It is good that your bloodwork came out ok. I remember really hitting a tired spell at like 5-6 months out too. I think it is just part of the process as your metabolism and all adjusts. Good that you asked for something for the mood swings, it should definitely help alot. For the sleep issue, tylenol also makes a product called Simply Sleep, that is just for sleep issues and doesn't have the pain reliever in it. You might want to check into that. 80 lbs is just spectacular. Keep up the good work. Courtney

Is everything OK at your neices school? I hope the Doc gave you an antidepressant. Being down and crying will make you tired. Tylenol PM used to help me fall asleep but not stay asleep or sleep soundly. But now I take meds for depression, anxiety, andto stop vivid dreams. You need to post some new photos of yourself. Keep doing great! Jen

Yes thank god everything is ok at her school. They were under lock down for a little over 2 hrs.It was one of those moments that I hate not being around my family..I had to follow most of the story online and whatever I was filled in on the phone. She kept both her kids home today to have a "special" day with them. Yes the dr gave me anti depressants to see if that helps..Im worried about the sleeping issue..I can fall asleep it's the staying asleep issue I am having. One day I'll get to posting pictures..I'm still not a phase that I am comfortable with myself.
