How about T for tuna - tuna and mayonaise are still favorites of mine - eat with some whole wheat crackers or some celery....
T also for Tea - iced tea or green tea - an excellent
T is also for tilapia fish - a firm favorite of mine - microwaved in a little water and bitter or with a litle butter and diced canned tomatoes... it comes out great in the microwave.....

Vegetable Pizza
here is how to make it:
Take wheat tortillas
Place some fat free cream cheese on the tortilla or you can use ricotta cheese
Place your choice of vegetables (i use mushrooms, onion, tomatoe slices, black olives) you can use any vegetable you prefer
Put some low fat shredded cheese (mozerella, cheddar or swiss) any of your liking
Optional : If you like pepperoni on top, you can use the turkey pepperoni
Place in oven on 350 for 10-12 minutes or until tortilla is somewhat brown and veggies are done
This is a healthy pizza and soooo good.
