Hey Guys, Do you think this will be a good workout DVD to purchase. It is raining here is NOVA. I need something to do inside other then my "Walk Away The Pounds" Workout DVD. Guess What? I don't know about you guys but I like to TiVo shows on Fit TV and I use them over and over to work out with. Good luck with the bike, I want to get one too! Amber

MO- I have the Leslie Sansone "walk away the pounds" DVD. It has 3 workouts (1,2,&3 miles). I really like them....fairly easy to get the workouts done, and fairly good workouts. You'll want to pick up a few weights (2-3 pounds). I got mine through Amazon...may be cheaper? Christina S
