Morning Everyone........... Looks like a chilly day here at the beach...UGH! So, what are YOU doing to move today? Me? I'm taking it easy today. Yoga stretching for about 30 minutes and that will be it. Have a GREAT day! Jill

Hi Jill, I wi**** would hurry up and get warm and STAY warm. I am anxious to hop in the pool and try out my new aqua weights, aqua belt, and weighted aqua shoes. But until then, I guess it'll be indoor exercise. I loved my Billy Blanks Tae Bo (Kickboxing) dvd that I bought and tried yesterday, but I think I'll give my new "Fat Blasting Dance Mix" 50-minute dvd workout a try todayafter I get home from training at EVMS. I just wanted to post that unless you are a dancer, I would not buy the dvd that I mentioned that I was doing today. It is nearly impossible. The dance moves are very complicated! I was so disappointed! My daugther, who is a very gifted dancer, couldn't even keep up with it. I hope walmart takes returns on dvds. ~Robin

Turbo Sculpt as in TURBO JAM????? I LOVE TURBO JAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lost the majority of my weight doing Turbo Jam and I think that it gave me the endurance to try running. Jill

I'll get a little walking done at work, but nothing that will get my heart beat pumping. There is only two of us, so I can't randomly walk. I will be going bowling for 2 hours later, hey, that's a little exercise! I'll be getting lots tomorrow with all the charity events. Woohoo! Hope you all great weekend! Amber
