Did You Move Today? Sunday May 20
WOW! Likes like a pretty morning out here at the beach. And it sounds like it will be warming up a bit, too.
So...what will YOU be doing to move today? Me? Getting ready to head out and run. My goal is 3.75 miles, but hey..if I go to 4 I will be THRILLED!
I will also be doing some YOGA stretching today as my arms are a bit tight from yesterdays strength training workout.
