Women's Challenge
Morning Everyone......
It's a brand new week and we need to make new goals.
The 1st goal really needs to be that everyone who is on the team participates. Not everyone logged in daily (in fact, most did not) or met 90% of their goal.
It is important that everyone log in their goal (it is a daily goal, not a weekly goal - thanks Joy for pointing that out) and log in their activity. If you cannot do it daily, definately plan to do it every few days, because if youwait until Saturday something may come up and once it hits Midnight, you cannot input it in.
For those of you who met your goals........GREAT JOB!!!!!! You worked hard, and everyone knows it. Keep up the GREAT work!
So...what will your fitness goal be this week? To add 5 minutes to your workout for some good stretching? To add 100 more steps - for those not meeting the 10,000 steps?
Goals, as we know, are great. And when you set a goal that is challenging, but obtainable, it feels pretty darn good when you meet it.
So, let's have a GREAT week!

I sure met my goal this past week... However, this week I will challenge myself.and go for that 10000 steps a day ....Look out walking shoes!!! I am holding off buying new walking shoes until tuesday..I want to see if i can reach 10000 steps today and tomorrow first, then the shoes will be my reward!! If i don't meet it...no reward and i will try harder. But I WILL meet it.
Great job everyone!! Let's challenge ourselves!

I did not log on every day because I was on travel and could not get to the internet but did remember to log in on Saturday and as I have been to the gym already this morning I logged myself in and did my time - I am on travel a lot of this week but the cir****tances are different so i should be able to get in and the hotels have gyms too. I did meet 100% and more of my goals but it still says no - hope they get the software bugs sorted out soon.....
