REDEMPTION! We have been given a bonus challenge for this week! If you do the following, you can earn a bonus point that will not only help you move along the track, but the team as well. So, if you ran intot he same problem Amber did, this is a GREAT way to help out the team. Questions: Try a new type of exercise this week. It can be anything that gets you moving and breathing - go ahead and be creative! What did you try? Taste a fruit or vegetable that you've never tried before! What did you taste? Learn something new about women's health by visiting www.womenshealth.gov or www.girlshealth.gov, talking to your healthcare provider, or visiting the library. What did you learn? Keep a journal of everything you've eaten for 3 days this week - this will help you learn more about your eating habits and highlight areas to work on.

I pit in m minutes I expected to do for the week and it turned them into minutes per day!! Is this correct or should I only be puting in the minutes I plan to do each day? I don't want it to look like I let the team down because it says I did not even meet 90% of my goal...... Jackie

Hi Jackie Put in your minutes you plan to do each day. I had put in my minutes per week and that was wrong I found out. They should call it daily goal and not weekly i believe. hugs JudyB

That is correct. In fact, I had to fix mine yesterday before it locked me out so I could get credit for my workouts. Jill
