Did You Move Today? Tuesday May 22nd

Looks like it willbe a little cool today, here at the beach, but still a nice day. So....what are YOU doing to move today? Me?  I'm going to do Turbo Jam dvd.  I haven't done it in a long time and I don't want to get bored with running all of the time.  So, this will be different. Have a GREAT day!

Hi Jill and Everyone Else, Jill, Your signtaure looks great! I have walked the dog and done 48 minutes of kickboxing this morning.  I am going to get int he pool later on today.  It's still a little too cool for that this morning.  Looks like another busy day at the Crabbs household today, but that's nothing new!  I hope everyone has a terrific day! ~Robin

It's the usual for me, unfortunately. I'll be walking around work off and on, but I have to rush home and I have a volleyball game at 6:00pm, then I'll hit up a meeting afterwards. I rarely get to go on Tuesdays anymore so I'm taking advantage of it. I did complete my bonus challenge today, so I'm happy to report that! I hope everyone else does it!!! I'm hoping to hit the gym tomorrow!

Yep I sure moved today!  20 minute cardio lite this morning with denise austin.  This evening I finished getting my steps in and totalled 9 miles altogether..with 3 of that being nonstop!! That is all today, I am trying to break a little tonight from the weights as my shoulder is giving me a fit!   I saw the doc today and my weight is down 13 pounds!! in a month's time! I am doing something right and definitely over that nasty plateau!   He suggested I get a dvd from kathy smith called losing weight with weights.  He has worked with bariatric patients for a while, used to have a practice in Indiana, and highly suggests this dvd for bariatric patients. I am ordering it tomorrow.  It is a 10 minute warmup..a 20 minute workout..a 10 minute stretch and it does weight variations on the upper and lower body on certain days of the week. He says it will be good for me to work out with since I have such issues with my arthritis and back problems.   Hugs JudyB
