One month out today :-)
Thank you all! Y'all so sweet! I began this journey in Oct. (Oct or Sept? My mind ain't what it used to be) when I attended the GBP orientation at Portsmouth. On that night, I weighed 235 - which is my heaviest. I attended the Nutrition classes regularly and lost some on my own.
Here I am on month out and at my appt. today, I weighed 190. While I'm only just about 1/4 to my goal, I feel like I've accomplished alot. I haven't been under 200 lbs in a long time and now I walk at least 3 miles a day. Thank you all for your support and encouragement. muah! J
