Did You Move Today? Wednesday May 23rd
WOW! Another pretty day!
So...what are YOU doing to move today?
Well....I ended up being a lump yesterday. By the time I got out of training, got home had to take my son to get his hair cut, etc. there was no time left. SO....today i will be doing either Turbo Jam or running. Not sure which, but IT WILL BE ONE OF THEM!

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
It was the same with me, my day started too early. I packed my workout clothes but didn't make it to the gym. Today it is on and popping, 60 minutes of cardio and leg strength training.
Change of plan, when I arivved at the gym I hopped on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then headed to the body pump class for 45 minutes, didn't do the cool down.
Good Morning Everyone!
Today I took my dog for her usual 30 minute walk. I just finished a really intense 50 minute pilates dvd. Whew! I thought my abs were getting good and strong until I tried this pilates workout. I can tell that I have a long way to go! But I at least was able to get through the whole thing. 3 months ago, I would have given up in disgust with myself. Now I see this as a challenge to work harder and make sure that it gets easier every time I do the workout!
I never got my aquacise workout in yesterday because I had to help my middle child with a project. Don't think I will today either because we have the Spring Athletic Awards Program at my kids school tonight. Oh well - I'll get to it one day.
Today is my 9 week anniversary. I am down a little over 46 pounds. Hooray for me!

Today , cardio workout for 30 minutes
Weight training for 10 minutes
Stretching for 10 minutes
Then it is on for my Walk..3 miles but tomorrow i am going for 3.5 miles!!
