Looking for WLS friendly employer in Tidewater

I work for USAA, The wls "rider" is very easy. I had approval within 20 minutes of the paperwork being submitted. All they wanted to know was my bmi. soon as it was disclosed the ins company faxed approval to Norfolk Surgical

Thanks Rebecca!  I worked for them very briefly about 4 years ago, and have tried to get re-hired just recently.  Knowing this now makes me incredibly antsy about working there again! I went into the interview and passed all of the testing no problems, but I think HR person named Mary made the ultimate decision.  Is there anyone else there that you might suggest that I talk to?  Please PM me with ANY info about a better contact within HR!
