Another nice day is on the horizon.
So....what are YOU doing to move today?
Me? I'm hitting the road. It will be an easy run today - 3.5 miles.
Then, strength training on the Total Body Gym.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I plan on doing my typical 30 minute cardio this morning..I haven't decided what or with what trainer yet. Just got up and my mind is a bit jumbled up. Then this evening going for my walk ...i may walk 10 miles!!!!! to burn off my frustration! LOL...then I have to get in my strength training today..i have slacked in that in the past two days.....
