Morning Ladies...... How is everyone coming along?  Remember to log in your goals and fitness. Looks like we have a great weekend coming up.  Do you have your goals in mind for the weekend?  Make sure to make fitness a part of your plans.  It does not have to be a formal workout.  It can be simple walking, biking or swimming in the pool.   Just don't sit in a lawn chair under a tree all weekend.
