It's Friday!!!
What are your plans for this holiday weekend?
I just got back from my 18 mth appt. with the dr. He asked how much weight I had lost because I looked great. I was so proud to be able to tell him I officially weighed in at goal (Of course at home I have been at goal for 2 months but it was so nice to be "official") We are doing some housework this weekend. Will be working on painting the kitchen. Going to try to get some R&R in there. We shall see what happens. :)

Courtney, That must be such an excellent feeling to be "At Goal"! I am really happy for you!
Painting, huh? That's one of my least favorite chores - love the results, but hate the process! We are haeding out to Nags Head within the next few minutes. I am looking forward to getting some color on my "dead fish - white legs" Ha!Ha! It should be a nice relaxing weekend with family and friends.
Enjoy Everyone!

Courtney!
Congrats on your excellent progress report! :-)
I'm working ahead on my school assignments tonight so that the rest of the weekend I can just veg and catch up on some DVRd shows.....no beach or fun in the sun for me. But it's nice to be able to just veg with so much going on in my life!

Courtney,
Congratulations on officially meeting your goal! What a wonderful feeling that must be!
I'm home and while I felt outstanding yesterday, today's been rough. I couldn't keep my first shake of the day down (although dinner last night was fine) and the gas pains were incredble. I called Dr. A and did as he suggested - it's getting a bit better and hope to move on from water tomorrow. I'm still so glad I did this - I'm trying to stay optimistic and recognize this as just a bump in the road!
Take care -good luck with the painting this weekend - I'm logging some serious "couch time" this weekend! Hugs,
