Well today I went to Dr. Kreiger for my last appointment before my sugery June 4th . I was able to settle on a size for my breast ... 400 cc's Medium profile ... Silicone w ith LIft and removal of excess skin . I am so excited . I also learned that he will be doing a Butt Augmentation as well . Taking tissue from my backside and moving it down to my butt , to build me a butt ... as I have none . I told him I am not looking for a J-Lo butt or anything that big .. LOL .. but I do want an athletic looking figure .. not to muscular but one that says .. WHooooa Baby ... LOL ... I am so excited ... JoAnn .. ( Tigger ) Will be with me once again .. I have no clue what I would do with out her ... she has been my rock through a lot these past months . Well .. just wish me luck .. and know that I will share photos .. Never give up hope .. It can happen for you too ... !!!! This is my dream .. and I am living it .. Hugs, Natalie

wooooweeee! Alan has gotten himself a totally rebuilt model!!! LOL That's what my hubby Leo wants if/when by breasts deflate. Truthfully I want them too. As for a butt, my flat one is a family trait among the women in my family. It's the one thing that makes my sisters and I look alike. Jen

YA know Jen , I thought a while back I was ok with the skin .. and did not really want the boobs .. but the more I seen the results of other bariatric patients , and how happy they where , I had to stop lieing to myself . I was miserable with the skin . And OMG I am so passionate now about helping to get others the PS they need after this surgery , as it is not fair that you loose the amount of weight our surgeries produce and then not be able to get the PS to reconstruct the body . Woman who have breast cancer are able to get breast augmentations , and rightly so .. I feel the same way now about Bariatric surgery .. it should be the entire package when getting it done . oK .. I am ranting now .. Well , I started out a DD .. and now barely and A cup .. I am not sure how much you are deflating , but I am so looking forward to my new girls . Hugs, Tink

WOW!!! Good luck and HAVE FUN! I know* I know....how can you when you are so uncomfortable. But...look at it this way. How often do you really get to be a whole new you??? Can't wait until this winter. it is KILLING me to wait, but I wanted to enjoy the summer and every time I think I am done, I lose another pound. So, by winter, I should really be good to go. My problem is that I am rethinking the boobs as I really like wearing a size small/extra small shirt. Weird, huh????

Hey Nat, I'm not even at goal and hubby wants to start shopping for new boobies. How big is 400cc's? And what is medium profile? I have been noticing what a big rib cage I have. My shrinkning girls are starting to look real funny to me. I guess when I get to goal and start really looking into PS I can figure out what I want. I also want a new butt. I figure if I am getting a lift or removal of skin, the doc might as well put some extra stuff in there. Take care. And good luck with the surgery. Corinn

400 Mediums are fairly round . I am very tiny and tall .. now this is what the doc said , so if I had gotten full profile they would be very tall and no contour to my frame . The mediums are round and really show my curves .. and that is what I am going for .. right now .. I have a boys body .. LOL .. 400's are an almost D cup .. but not quite .. more like a full C ... giving that right now I am barely an A cup .. No lie here .. It does not hurt to start looking ... and get your self prepared .. it is so worth it .. Nat
