Melinda, since you don't like many foods maybe it would be easier for us to help you if you tell what you do like to eat. Do you keep a food diary?  Maybe give us a day of two of what you ate and we can help you figure out how to add more protein to that. For Example - 3 tablespoons of powdered milk is 7 grams of protein.  You can add that to almost anything, coffee, tea, hot coco, meatloaf,  CathyA
