Did You Move Today? Sunday June 3rd

Hey....what's with the rain????? It's a rainy morning here at the beach, but that's ok.  My yard needs the water. So....what are YOU doing to move today??? Me?  Either Turbo Jam or Ellipticle.  It's early, so I haven't decided yet.  But it will be something. Have a good day!  Stay dry!

Well .. you know my deal .. Tommorow I go in the Hospital .. so no true moving for me . I will be getting my meals planned for next week so Alan and Joann have very little to do ...  But give me a couple months .. and I will be a moving .  Have an awesome Sunday ..  Nat

I just came back from the gym - I did 20 mins eliptical, 45 minutes weights and for good measure I went on the tradmill for 20 mins to wind down - plus every night I now do 15mins on  the ball doing ABS... This is making me feel pretty good about exercising..... I feel like I am really accomplisihing things.... Jackie

I started to have a day of rest but put my Weigh****chers' DVD in and did the 20 minute toning and 10 minute ab workout. I will be in the gym bright and early tomorrow.
